Worst warranty and customer service in my life.
I'm really surprised I received this request for review, but it just goes to show their incompetence. I purchased a 2022 AR210 new and have had major warranty issues, and I still do not have a working computer that was supposed to be replaced under warranty almost two years ago! This is my third AR210 (2006 & 2012) and the other boats were purchased from Dealers when we lived in Ohio. The parts department is completely inept....twice I've ordered parts...one time, they forgot to order it, the second time it sat around and they forgot to call me for MONTHS! They never follow up...I'm always calling them. I made a complaint to Yamaha and they said the only thing I can do is go to another dealer but there's not a close one so I've had to find other solutions as you can't rely on their service department either. I own a business so I understand how difficult it can be but this is unbelievable...going on two years w/out a computer...Wow! No apology? No work-around or other accommodation...seriously? Silence.
